Abstract
In order to lead a project to a successful conclusion, it is necessary to ensure the quality in each phase. In lower process (test phase) the method to ensure the quality has been established, so we can evaluate the quality with high accuracy by collecting and analyzing test results. On the other hand, in upper process (design phase) we evaluate the quality from review results. However it is difficult to evaluate the quality with high accuracy because review results depend on reviewer's skill and/or experience. From these reasons, we have focused on improving the quality evaluation method in design phase. In this paper, we suggest our new evaluation method and consider past efforts and future prospects.
