Abstract
One of measures to improve the estimate accuracy is to check the appropriateness of the estimate by leveraging the performance data of past projects. We have accumulated the project performance data for some time, and have checked the estimate by leveraging capability data calculated from those project performance data. However, as business areas have been diversified in these days, in order to improve the estimate accuracy, we need to calculate the capability data narrowed down by business areas or development phases. In this paper, we explain practical processes to calculate capability data can be leveraged for estimate check. And we describe know-how for calculating those data.
