Abstract
Project communication management sharing as share information and management of problems is one of the important key factors to ensure project success. As projects become larger and more complex, the importance of communication activities to convey the intention of the board and share information with stakeholders also increase. We propose a method based on graph theory network analysis to visualize the status of communication and information transmission management during the project's progress. By applying the network analysis for broadcasting systems development projects, we try to visualize the communication channels in the projects. In addition, this paper is reported to develop educational case materials for project management human resource development based on the results of analysis. The project analyzed in this paper is led by the author as a manager. Network analysis has been applied to the information sharing process on the project status meeting. Analysis of communication channels has focused on collaboration between the project team attempting to quantify the bias and the centrality of communication. Then we have tried to visualize the information channels of change control. In this paper, we describe the results of developing educational materials based on results of network analysis.
