2809 Effective Communication Management

Abstract

There are various causes when a development project could not attain QCD of a schedule at the beginning. One of the reason is un-thorough communication management which make the shortage of communication. But many Project Management Plan do not have their solid communication plan which says what the communication, and how to manage their communication. This document is written about necessity of communication management and means of effective communication management.
