Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the high priority prevention measure of mental health disorder in the project. The tacit knowledge on the prevention of mental health disorder is extracted by the world cafe. The high priority prevention knowledge is specified by the Pareto Analysis. As the results, improving communication and reinforcing teamwork in the project team were obtained as the high priority prevention measure of mental health disorder.
