We have proposed the concept of “Particle assemblage”, which aimed at the fabrication of multi-functional materials. It is expected that composite particles consisting of different kinds of particles may have new functions in addition to the intrinsic ones of each particle. Therefore, we tried to fabricate a new multi-functional composite particles composed of PTC, NTC and metallic indium particles. Preparation of composite particles was conducted mainly by means of forced electrification processing. As a result, it was confirmed that the packing cell of the composite particles had a V-type resistance dependence on temperature. It was elucidated that perfect fixation of adhered particles to core particles was indispensable to the new function.
