In the smart phone market which continues growing up on a global scale, Apple and Google succeed for the enclosure of the user based on the operating system and each platform strategy to assume an open source the origin and occupy the big market share. In this paper, I confirm it about the present situation of the smart phone global market in this study and I pay my attention to the Firefox OS and Tizen OS that are the new OS developed as open Seuss likewise and consider the future development of the terminal of the smart phone.
