Small Scale Farmers' cases and policy

Abstract

IoT and ICT technology promote productivity in agriculture. E-commerce helps small scale farmer access to market and increase farmers income. This paper shows the Chinese strategy with 2 case studies. One is greenhouse farming with IoT/ICT technology in Shandong Shouguang, and farmers livestreams case.
