This paper has concern with the analysis of the behavior of phase boundaries by stochastic level set approach. The stochastic level set equations have strong nonlinearity, so we formulate the system by introducing the stochastic viscosity solution, which is one of weak solutions of stochastic partial differential equations. Two types of motion of phase boundaries, growth with constant speed and mean curvature flow, are considered in this paper. And the influence of disturbances on the behavior of such phase boundaries is studied through simulations.
