Abstract
High-speed atomic force microscopy is a powerful tool for the imaging of protein in solution and alive cells in spatial-resolution of nanometer and in time-resolution of several tens milliseconds, which so far made it possible to visualize the variety of biomolecules in process. In this symposium, we will make a presentation regarding our recent topics on the actual images of CRISPR-Cas9 that is the genome editing tool and membrane proteins.
