The wheel load running test and loading test for deck slab reinforced by steel plate were carried out focusing on impact loading test as a method to evaluate the degree of deterioration of the real highway bridge deck. It was assumed that the degree of deterioration could be evaluated by degree of degradation of flexibility using statically equivalent impact load. Consequently, it became clear that loading test by impact load was equivalent to static loading test method, although problem is slightly left in accuracy in static equivalent. It also was shown that stiffness reduction of the deck slab due to cracks was able to evaluate by the method shown in this study.
