Abstract
1. A biologic differentiation between genuine eosinophile and pseudoeosinophile leucocytes in the blood of the rabbit can very easily be made by the application of the peroxidase reaction (copper method). The method is very simple and enables a general laboratory technichian to make a distinction between these similar cells.
2. As far as the writer knows, this is the first mention of the use of the counting chamber method in the literature on the subject for the differentiation of the genuine and the pseudo-eosinophils.
