Positive correlation between red blood cell count and serum cholesterol level was found in a case of hereditary spherocytosis associated with nephrotic syndrome. Red blood cell cholesterol content varied with serum cholesterol level.
About this Journal The Tohoku Journal of Experimental Medicine (TJEM) was founded in 1920
by professors of Tohoku Imperial University, Medical School.
