Abstract
1. Yakriton, when made very pure, will deteriorate very rapidly, though the rate of deterioration is different according to methods of preservation.
2. Yakriton, when made insoluble or emulsified, can keep much better, if kept dark and cold; only in this case the curve of con-effect reaches its height, not at the time of injection, but after a lapse of a certain time, so that the injection of ammonium chloride should be made some hours after yakriton injection.
