From these experiments on tadpoles it has been shown that yakriton has an antagonistic effect upon the influence of preparations of the thyroid gland. As to the difference between thyroxin and thyroideum siccum, and again the difference between the antagonistic effects of yakriton upon these two thyroid preparations, nothing worthy of mention was observed.
