Abstract
That dogs, when all the lymphatic vessels entering the venous angles and their neighbourhood are ligated, are capable of surviving only a short time, such as 18-36 hours, was tested by the present writer who failed to duplicate the results of the previous experimentalist. The dog survived indefinitely.
