Abstract

1) Die Proteinasewirkung des Autolysats von Staphylococcus pyogenes, aureus oder citreus erwies sich stark aktiv. Die optimale Reaktion der CitreusProteinase (Trockenprä parat) liegt bei pH 7, 0-7, 6, die der Peptonase bei pH 6, 6-7, 0. Die Citreus-Hip-nurase trat am stärksten bei pH 6, 6-7, 6 auf.
2) Gegen Hitzewirkung rind die Peptonase -und Hippurasewirkung. von Staphylococcus pyogenes citreus resistenter als die Proteinase oder Dipeptidase. Durch das Adsorptionsverfahren wurde eine Trennung der Citreus-Proteinase und -Hippurase von Peptidase erzielt.
