This paper reports on the results of a subjective experiment conducted to identify the impact of the lighting environment created by the developed lighting control system on comfort, productivity, and circadian rhythm of the occupants, as well as a post-occupancy evaluation of the light environment created by the developed lighting control system in a real office.
It was suggested that dimming and color control considering the occupants’ circadian rhythm may have a positive impact on the occupants’ productivity and sleep. In addition, in the post-occupancy evaluation, more than half of the occupants responded positively regarding productivity, work efficiency, health, and comfort.
