In this study, we implemented an interview targeting at car commuters for behavior modification of commuting in Kyoto Prefecture. This interview was a part of the organizational programs in workplace mobility management. After the interview, we implemented a questionnaire survey for participants of the interview. The result showed that over 20% of participants change their attitudes toward the commute behavior and about 10% of participant change commuting behavior. Through this experience of this interview, it was implied that it is necessary to improve the quality of personalization program of MM to minimize psychological reactance.
