抄録
It is an important issue that elderly people spend their social life with something to do
after retirement. First, a skill and motivation improvement model has been developed through the
analysis of an amateur orchestra team in this research. Then, this model is discussed whether it could
be applied to other cases of elderly people activities as “a value co-creation model” through case
studies of successful examples.
