Four classes of bivariate permutation polynomials over finite fields of even characteristic

Abstract

Permutation polynomials have important applications in cryptography, coding theory and combinatorial designs. In this letter, we construct four classes of permutation polynomials over 𝔽_2ⁿ × 𝔽_2ⁿ , where 𝔽_2ⁿ is the finite field with 2ⁿ elements.
