Abstract
The aim of this paper is to investigate how volunteer, who is a leader of voluntary group, builds up trustful relationship with teacher and clarify what type of strategy can be effective in school from the viewpoint of strategy as transformation of meaning. The volunteer builds a trusting relationship by transmitting children’s information that can be possibly overlooked by teacher. Such a strategy includes not only a side of not being used as cheap labor but also a side of affecting teacher’s cognition. As a result, it enables to make divisional cooperation each other and special education for a foreign student. This shows that volunteer has a strategy as transformation of meaning in changing teacher’s way of cognition and teaching for foreign students.
