Improvement of Fabrication Accuracy for 40-inch DC Plasma Display Panel

Abstract

The planar pulse memory PDP requires the precision alignment between the front and rear glass plates for its stable memory operation. However, the pattern distortion of the glass occurs in every firing process etc, resulting in the serious misaligment. By the improvement of the printing and firing process, the aligment error could be reduced to an allowable level.
