Application of New Pulse Memory Drive Scheme to 40-in. DC-PDP

Abstract

A new pulse memory drive scheme has been applied to a 40-in. diagonal plasma display panel. A sufficient memory margin of 8V was obtained and the stable memory operation was confirmed. The power consumption of the circuit was reduced to less than one forth of the conventional one.
