In this paper, we describe a CNC(Computer Numerical control)-cutting based material bending method called "Dukta" and propose a novel computational system for fabricating curved surface with Dukta from conventional materials without using molds. Fabricating curved objects is laborious. Previous methods necessitated a mold to produce a certain curved objects and were applicable only for mass production. We create a system for manufacturing curved objects without any mold. To achieve this, we use "Dukta" and developed a computational framework for designing curved shape and generating a fabrication plan. Our objective is to fabricate various customized curved shape only by user's shape modeling, CNC-cutting and user assembly. Our method is not for mass production but for customized and site-adaptive production.
