The paper aims at finding characteristics of information disclosure of condominiums which hold relatively high property values even after some decades by introducing appropriate care and management of facilities after construction. Some condominiums in Kansai region are extracted by regression analysis on property values and details of methods of information disclosure are clarified by interview survey on these condominiums. It is found that desirable disclosure of information is largely attributed to the capacity of directors of administration associations, who have expertise regarding condominiums and real estates.
