Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study what is actual state of brokerage business of rental housing, focusing possibility of
brokerage of property management business model. The results are as follows: (1) small-sized brokers of rental housing
decrease the number of brokerage, and may face difficulty to continue the business, (2) brokerage of prope此ymanagement
business model may increase share of brokerage ofrental housing.
