In the present center of Osaka, although the reduction in a resident has induced various problems, in center of city in recent years, a sign of the population retrogression phenomenon of the increase in population is seen increasingly. Then, in this research, from a viewpoint that habitation in the center of city is required, after understanding the population movement in the Keihanshin city zone first, I clarified with the change that the past population movement in the center of Osaka, and the actual condition of a retrogression phenomenon in the center of Osaka and the movable factor of population, and it consider as an aid of habitation maintenance of future center of city.
