In this paper it was reported that a basal diet supplemented with 400 mg of choline chloride per 100 g ration showed no remarkable growth promoting effect on mice after 30 days experiment. But mice of the choline deficient group looked moist and loose in the appearence of the hair and their skin had a slight reddish tint in colour.
