Histochemical iron reaction and vitamin E content of axillar skin were determined on the bromidrosis and the non bromidrosis, and the results was as followed, 1) Iron reaction in apocrine gland were observed in all the bromidrosis and not in the non bromidrosis. 2) Vitamine E contents in the skin up to the apocrine glands high were 2.65±0.81μg/g as means in the bromidrosis and 7.95±1.06μg/g in the non bromidrosis. 3) Therefore, the iron and vitamin E content in axillar skin were considered specific in the bromidrosis patients. These must be one of the reason why vitamin E is effective on the bromidrosis in those relationship.
