The fat-soluble vitamins are tended to be stored in internal organs and tissues of the human body and they or their metabolites function directly or indirectly in various metabolic pathways. We have searched about physiological and biochemical actions, dietary allowance and safety of fat-soluble vitamins, especially their pharmacological actions except nutritional effect of excess dose.
