Abstract
For the revision of "The Standard Composition of Japanese Foodstuffs" by the Resources Council of the Prime Minister's Office, 129 kinds of foodstuffs consumed in Japan were analyzed for vitamin and pro-vitamin A and the results were reported in tables.
