Abstract
Riboflavin in blood was extracted with water by heating the mixture at 80℃ for 15 minutes. The solution was mixed with trichloroacetic acid aqueous solution, and riboflavin in its supernatant was determined by the lumiflavin fluorescence methed. (cf. Vitamin, 6,528).
