Abstract
1) 2- and 6-Sulfanilamino-pyrimidines were synthesized by the condensation of sulfanilamide with 2- or 6-chloropyrimidines under the presence of alkali carbonate.
2) 6-Sulfanilaminopyrimidines were synthesized by the condensation of N4-acetylsulfanilamide and 6-chloropyrimidines under the presence of alkali carbonate.
3) Condensation of sulfanilamide with 2-chloro-4-methylpyrimidine under the presence of calcium carbonate gives N4-{4-methylpyrimidyl-(2)}-sulfanilamide.
