Six alkaloids were isolated from the tertiary phenolic base fraction of Korean Corydalis (Corydalis Nakaii ISHIDOYA). Among them, d-isocorydine, l-tetrahydrocolumbamine, l-scoulerine, and d-norisocorydine were identified by direct comparison with authentic samples. The other two alkaloids seemed likely to be l-teticuline and corydine from their several chemical behaviors.
