キレート滴定による医薬品の定量分析(第6報) : アルミニウム塩類の定量

抄録

Chelatometric titration was examined for analysis of officinalis containing aluminum and the back titration with zinc salt solution is recommended. The procedure is as follows : To the sample solution containing ca. 30mg. of Al at pH 3, an excess of 0.05M Na₂EDTA solution is added and boiled gently for 5 minutes, when cooled, the excess of Na₂EDTA is titrated with 0.05M ZnCl₂ solution at pH 5.5, using Xylenol Orange as the indicator. This method was easier to carry out and gave better results than the usual gravimetry.
