The current article examined the factors and effects of trust in the online social platform using consumer-generated media (CGM) through a literature review. Since trust is a critical factor in developing and maintaining all forms of relationships, understanding the factors and impacts of trust-building with autonomous CGM is important for the formation of sustainable online services. Literature was selected and examined according to the criteria and analyzed using the ADO framework. From the examined results of the literature review, it was depicted in prior research that, perceived trust mediates between antecedents and the subsequent purchase intention. Because participants voluntarily provide information, this result supports the implication that “Trust promotes mutual assistance, which is the intrinsic form of online social platform, by mediating between factors in CGM services and contributing to the service building with the participation of all actors. This will promote the eco-system of services and contribute to the business.”

The concept of smart sharing cities, which was recently introduced within the field of urban planning, has evolved in line with the continuous advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the expansion of the sharing economy, and the urgent need to pursue sustainable development. However, a new indicator framework is required to help cities to monitor their performance and formulate plans to guide the process of transforming into smart sharing cities. Accordingly, we aimed to develop an indicator framework for a smart sharing city by clarifying and refining the characteristics of existing indicator frameworks for sustainable cities. We reviewed policies for promoting ongoing sharing activities in two cities, Seoul and Kitakyushu, focusing specifically on the shared mobility and shared built environment sectors.

The construct of work engagement has attracted considerable attentions in academic and practitioner communities. This study examined the job demands-resources (JD-R) model under remote work environments during the COVID-19. Hypotheses were tested by a structural equation modelling with the data of 648 remote workers surveyed by Persol Research and Consulting (2020). Results found that: a) job resources especially autonomy, social support, and professional development increase work engagement; b)job resources have a strong correlation with personal resources; c) personal resources such asorganizational-based self-esteem, optimism and self-efficacy decrease exhaustion. Discussions for thevalidity of JD-R model and practical implications for remote work environments were presented.

This study focuses on the diffusion and development process of health management in the region, based on a case of co-creation coordinated by Codebook, Inc. and developed by actors in Ehime Prefecture forming a consortium with industry, academia, finance, and government. Through action research, we show the formation and organizational structure of the consortium and the ripple effect process, and propose a model for the future ripple effect of health management in the region. As a result, it was clarified that Codebook, Inc. would serve as a provider of information for the diffusion of health management and a coordinator for the formation of consortiums. Furthermore, as a model for the spread and development of health management, the following six steps were presented: development of health management in the company's own workplace, establishment of health management in the company, interaction and co-creation with others, realization of consortiums, streamlining and optimization through sharing, and implementation of the health management model.
