During the Meiji period, bald mountains spread across Japan and efforts were made to restore forests. "Futatabi-san" had also become bald, but because it was a water source for Kobe City,reforestation was carried out. More than 120 years have passed since reforestation, and the forest is in the process of transition from a pine forest to a climax forest. We want to raise awareness of the forest's historical and cultural value.

DEI （Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion） has been developed as the policy of employment and organizational management and also serves as a foundation for fostering innovation. Particularly in the medical field, where men and women are equally involved, the concept of DEI is crucial for driving innovation. Furthermore, the idea of Justice （social justice） should also be considered. Even in the activities of professional engineers, if the concept of DEIJ can be reflected in project management through collaborative efforts in diverse technology evaluations and social implementation, it is believed that higher social value can be generated.
