DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) has been developed as the policy of employment and organizational management and also serves as a foundation for fostering innovation. Particularly in the medical field, where men and women are equally involved, the concept of DEI is crucial for driving innovation. Furthermore, the idea of Justice (social justice) should also be considered. Even in the activities of professional engineers, if the concept of DEIJ can be reflected in project management through collaborative efforts in diverse technology evaluations and social implementation, it is believed that higher social value can be generated.
