    To illuminate how social football clubs in Japan, which have management continuity, this study employed a semi-structured interview with core staff from 7 social football clubs which had been active over 1 decade. This study utilized the Modified-Grounded Theory Approach for analysis. This study found that social football clubs which have continuing management had undergone a process where they developed their unique styles of social football club management with procurement related general club management resources, and then generated effects and meanings of clubs. The result of this study will contribute by providing beneficial information to new clubs and existing clubs, for the development of social football.

    With the 2021 Tokyo Paralympic Games, interest in Para-sports is growing. The major difference between Para-sports and regular sports is the classifications that maintain the fairness of the competition. However, this classification system has not been established in Japan, and it is being instituted as soon as possible. Among them, the Japan Para-Ski Federation (JPS), to which the author belongs, has been searching for a classification system on a daily basis to conduct fair and safe competitions regardless of the presence or type of disability, and has started a new initiative. I will introduce what the classification is, what kind of process is carried out, and efforts to create a classification system in Japan through the efforts of the JPS.
