Dissolved hydrogen becomes more important substance to maintain health. However, DH-meter to measure the dissolved hydrogen concentration is expensive. The reagent composed of methylene blue with colloidal platinum solution (Mb-Pt) proposed by Seo et al. is generally used since the cost effectiveness is high [5]. The concentration obtained from MB-Pt method is smaller than that from DH-meter and another chemical analysis method. Investigation to clarify the error factors of the determination value with Mb-Pt method was performed. These factors are clarified to be the dissolved oxygen and a small amount substance in tap water. Moreover, the possibility of unknown factors is found.

The interaction between water and air bubble is described on the base on the non-liner mode reaction. But, recently, we have been able to analyze, characterize and estimate the size, the number (concentration) and the distribution of the gas bubbles by using the advanced technology. In the primary industry (agriculture and fishery), the fine air and O2 bubble water can improve the un-aerobic condition and stimulate the growth rate of many kinds of plants, fishes and oyster. On the other hand, the fine N2 and CO2 gas bubble water can keep un-aerobic condition. We can store the raw meat of fishes for a long time using the fine N2 bubble. The photosynthesis of cyanobacteria is enhanced by the addition of the fine CO2 bubble. In the secondary industry, the computer silicon wafer are washed and cleaned up by using the fine bubble system. The drag reduction in ships is improved by the application of the fine bubble technology. In the medical field, the fine O3 gas bubble has antiviral and bactericidal activities. The NO gas produced by the reaction in the fine air bubble water has many good effects to human health, such as anti-high blood pressure and anti-arteriosclerosis. The fine air bubble is also utilized to enhance the contrast of the image of blood vessel in the ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system. The study on the biological safety to human body is required before we use the fine bubble-technique.
