Through the progress that's been made in the automated analyzing equipment, the precision of the analyses conducted by the clinical laboratory tests has greatly improved. However, the differences between the results obtained, seems to be due to the diversity of the testing reagents used, but still remains unsolved. The cause of the errors in the results, appears to be related to the variations in the standard substances combined with each reagent. We are now verifying whether or not these errors can be corrected by using an identical, standard substance.

The goal of preventive medicine requires the conversion from the secondary prevention to primary prevention.
Forecast and prediction of the crisis which enables the crisis pre-diagnosis are requested in order to achieve the purpose of the primary prevention. However, it is impossibly near that it intends to grasp the disease state before the crisis of the disease in having standard range of present group. Then, it was noticed that the result of constituting the standard range of the group was“it is an individual measured value, and it reference interval's reference value”.
