In the 1990s, the longest longevity area in Okinawa Prefecture, thereafter Ogimi village has been maintaining longevity even after it has suddenly become 26th from top 1 in 2000. As a reason for this, as a research hypothesis. The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between the pulse wave propagation velocity, which is one of biological functions related to healthy and longevity, and the characteristics of how to use (habit) of the body based on lifestyle habits. The subject was a person walking from the home to the public hall in response to the call of the social welfare council of the same age over 75 years old. Research design was cross-sectional study the data acquisition period was 15th from 12th September 2016. The end point was assumed to be abnormal (less than 1800 cm/ s or more) of the age standard value of the pulse wave propagation speed. Outcome was PWV measurement, ABI measurement, resting blood pressure, heart rate, motion characteristics as body attributes, height, weight, age, gender, vascular function. Characteristics at the time of squat operation by two-dimensional analysis of motion are as follows: 1) at the time of descent, 2) initial joint pattern at the time of ascent, and 3) position of hip joint at the hook. In the analysis method, the influence of the characteristics was evaluated after setting the presence /absence of abnormality of PWV as an endpoint as the dependent variable, age, HR, operation characteristic in explanatory variable, by sex and age. As a result, 35 people were analyzed, and a significant association was found between the squat action position and the initial motion of the ascending knee leading end point discrimination. In particular, in a woman, when a knee leading flection pattern is seen in the sagittal plane at the initial motion at the time of rising squat movement, a significant vascular function risk arises regardless of age compared to a person performing an action other than that pattern A trend was observed.
