Focusing on the physical activity characteristics of residents of Ogimi village in Okinawa Prefecture in the longevity area, we focused on the history of its formation, gathered narrative data, and analyzed the relationship between features in the history of activity and vascular function I aimed to investigate. The research question of this research is known as a longevity area, "Body led from experiences of physical activity (narrative text data) from young age to childhood, middle age, early elderly in elderly people in Ogimi village Will the activity palatability factor influence the blood vessel hardness? " The objective is to clarify whether or not the frequency of words existing in the speech data of cumulative physical activity over time, shows association with the quality of vascular function based on the hypothesis of R 90 proposed by Matsuzaki It was. Subjects and methods, research design was retrospective research and cross-sectional study. The endpoint was based on the possibility of collecting narrative data related to abnormalities of vascular function (baPWV>1800) and obesity (BMI>25). Outcomes were text data of voice recording by residential area, age, height, weight, lifestyle-related illness, baPWV, ABI, semi-structured interview. The results show that in the population without risk of PWV, the characteristic of the text data on the physical activity history is the most frequent occurrence of the word "exercise", followed by the word "reply" frequently, and in the group with the risk of PWV, Characteristic of the text data on the physical activity history is that the frequent occurrence of the word of exercise is the most frequent, followed by frequent mention of the word child. As a conclusion of this study, the consciousness about exercise in the narrative about the physical activity history of elderly women living in Ogimi village was commonly high, showing significant influence on the presence or absence of risk of vascular function. In the narrative data, the influence of words other than exercise was not recognized.

Introduction: The incidence of blood glucose spikes is reported not to be high in young people in their 20s in Japan, but the incidence of blood sugar spikes in their twenties are increasing since 1995. Objective To explore the complex developmental factors predicting blood sugar spikes in adolescents. METHODS: The effects of developmental factors predicting blood sugar spikes in their twenties were analyzed by a retrospective cohort study. The predictive factors were birth weight, age 3 years old (BW), 12 years old BW, 15 years old BW. Existence of exercise habits in high school, existence of physical inactivity in 20's, vegetables and fruits in their 20's meal, presence of breakfast intake in 20's, existence of blood sugar spikes (GS) in their twenties . We analyzed using a logistic regression model with the presence of obesity as a dependent variable. Results: 67 subjects (mean age 21 ±0.4 years old, 51% women) were included in the analysis. The frequency of blood sugar spikes was 13.4% (1.079 - 78.219). After adjusting individual factors of influence on blood sugar spike, the best predictive model is composed of 12 year old sex, sex, constant (error). The only significant predictor was the BW of 1.222 (1.038 - 1.438) at the age of 12. Gender 0.05 (0.003 - 0.831), Constant 0.0098. Differences in effect by gender were indicated. Interestingly enough, the intake of vegetables and fruits, weight at birth, BW at 3 and 15 years old, exercise habits at high school, physical activity in 20's, breakfast intake habits in 20's, 20 GS is a blood sugar spike It is related to prediction. The impact of Japan's economic depression around 2008 may have an impact on the spread of cheap dextrose food imported from traditional Japanese cuisine. CONCLUSION: Our findings suggested that possibly indicating the weight of 12-year-old adolescents around 2008 as a developmentally complex factor predicting a 20-year-old adolescent blood glucose spike.
