Since 2020, pandemics have affected many aspects of life and industry. In the business realm, one of the changes is the rapid change in the work style through remote work. However, each company needed to consider the possibility of implementing telework and come up with a concrete method while giving careful consideration to the development of their business model. In other words, each company found itself in a situation where they had been asked to implement telework, but no one had suggested whether or not telework would be a good fit for their business model.
The purpose of this paper is to summarize as much as possible the necessary knowledge in office building planning by analyzing the trends of each organization regarding telework in the pandemic, while using academic tools to ensure objectivity. In particular, it is to describe the characteristics of the businesses that are the owners of office buildings, to organize the correlation with telework, and to reflect it in the findings of architectural planning.
