The acoustic reciprocity method has been developed for measuring acoustic transfer function of the radiated sound from the ship structure. This method can determine the vibro-acoustic transfer function experimentally and it is useful for the large complex structure like ships more than simulation methods like BEM and FEM.
The experimental result for the large ship by using the acoustic reciprocity method to estimate the radiated sound field from the ship hull is shown in this report and the sensitivity analysis result to specify noise sources of the ship is also presented.
