“Naikan Therapy” is questionable word.

Naikan have to continnue everyday.
I have continnued Naikan everyday from 14 years before. I have continnued Naikan under the Thema “Steel and Lie”. I have searched the lie to myself.
It can help to find the psychotic trauma in Infant Time.
I report my Naikan experience. so, I want to get your accept to my opinion.
