In this paper, removal rate, roughness and cracks on the machined surface were experimented with cemented carbide on the electric discharge grinding. The cracks were calculated depend on the difference in supply energy forms from comparing of the shearing stress by the temperature gradient which is the bacis of the theory on heat Conduction and the proper Shearing strength of the electrode.
The results were as follows, such machining method which is revolved electrode increased the removal rate about several times and improved the roughness on machined surface to half more than case of original electric discharge machining. It is necessary to consider the optimum energy form may be used in the electric discharge grinding in connection with machining characteristics and cracks which were produced from machining.

In the present paper, the following experiment and investigation were made. The effet which the advanced machining influence the next machining on Surface roughness, and to clear the relationship of roughness on base to side. The results were as follows.
    1) finishing Surface is influence considerably the advanced machining of a work and a tool electrode on surface roughness.
    2) There are the roughness limit in advanced machining surface for to obtain the suitable finishing surface, it is important to use the olectrode which have within the roughness of limit.
    3) Side surface is generally smoller than base surface in machined roughness, the roughness on both surface may be improved by the Circulating treatment for working fluid.
