Normal Yoshida sarcoma cells, the cells agglutinated and cytolysed by the respective immune reaction were examined with the electron microscope by ultra-thin sectioning.
The results obtained may be summarized as follows :
Cytoplasm of the normal cells processing several filaments were filled up with mitochondria, azur granules and the other smaller granules.
Nothing could be found in the nucleus except nucleoli and fine granules.
Golgi's sphere occupied with veiled and rather denser area which contained several granules distinguished from mitochondria was noticed.
Cytoplasm and nuclei of agglutinated sarcoma cells were remarkably vesiculated.
Sarcoma cells after cytolysis became more and more vesiculated and degenerated just like the cells treated with- Colchicin, Papaverin, Hydrgen peroxide and etc.
