    I have considered that Chinese Acupuncture has become a much discussed topic, especially; we have been surprised by the reports of the successes of acupuncture anesthesia and now in Japan, we know about many reports of acupuncture anesthesia experiments. But we have known that it was developed by the Nakatani Ryodoraku Electrical Acupuncture Treatment which is Japanese scientific acupuncture. The reports from China are not informative enough and scientific papers are mysterious.
    The author has been experimenting for these last two years, and successf ull operations have been made by the electrical acupuncture anesthesia with the Neurometer Anesthesia Machine.
    We, K. Yoshida and T. Ogawa, have designed the electrical acupuncture anesthesia neurometer machine. The machine's basis is 1000 cycle 12 volts, 1-2 mA. intervals rectangle wave off and on per second.
    I have studied the following;
    The pattern of electrical acupuncture anesthesia might have been centripetal in the Meridianline points (REPP-Reactive Electro Permeable Point), also spinal system in Hyakue-Point.
    I have learned the results that the anesthesia are more effective in the face, neck and arms rather than in the legs.
