Safety is required for road lighting and tunnel lighting. Optical characteristics data of concrete used as paved road surface is necessary not only in dry condition but also in wet condition. In this paper, fundamental optical characteristics on the concrete surface with different conditions are described. That is, diffused reflectance, reflection characteristics function, spectral reflectance and chromaticity on the surface of dried and wetted concrete are measured and examined.
